Abstract

U ovom radu predstavljena je skladba „Ricerco 1” za solo fagot iz sviračke i povijesne perspektive. Početak rada ukratko opisuje povijest fagota i klasične glazbe u Švedskoj od 16. stoljeća sve do 21. stoljeća. Osvrće se i na druge skladbe za solo fagot i njihovu povijest. Slijedi kratka biografija i opis najpoznatijih dijela Matsa Larssoan Gothea koji je skladatelj „Ricerca 1”. Središnji dio rada opisuje povijest i nastanak „Ricerca 1”, analizira samu kompoziciju i zahtjevnost njegove izvedbe. Prikaz nastavka, „Ricerca 2”, prethodi opisu proširenih tehnika koje su potrebna za sviranje oba, „Ricerca 1” i „Ricerca 2”. Rad zavrsava pregledom sličnih glazbenih djela za fagot iz Skandinavije.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents ”Ricerco 1”, a composition for bassoon solo, from a musical and historical perspective. It begins with the history of the bassoon and classical music in Sweden from the 16th century until the 21st century. Thereafter some well-known compositions for bassoon solo are described, along with an account of their history. A short biography of Mats Larsson Gothe, composer of ”Ricerco 1”, is following accompanied by a description of his most prominent works. The main part focuses on the history and creation of ”Ricerco 1”, and presents an analysis of both the composition and a shorter analysis of the performance of the piece itself. It continues on to the description and history of ”Ricerco 2”. The extended techniques needed to play ”Ricerco 1” and ”Ricerco 2” are explained. Finally, similar pieces of music for bassoon from Scandinavia are accounted for.
