Abstract

Ozljede glazbenika flautista vrlo su česta pojava, kako god flautista tako i kod ostalih. Brojna istraživanja ukazuju na manjak svijesti glazbenika o potrebi prevencije ozljeda. Istraživanjem termo kamerom, dobiven je uvid u potencijalna mjesta ozljeda flautista. Postignuti rezultati ukazuju da bi istezanjem tijela prije i nakon sviranja moglo djelovati preventivno te smanjiti zamor i mogućnost stvaranja potencijalnih profesionalnih ozljeda. Vježbama istezanja povećava se prokrvljenost tkiva te se tako događa utjecaj na njegovu regeneraciju i prevenciju ozljeda glazbenika.

Abstract (english)

Injuries suffered by flutists and other musicians can happen very frequently. Many research show that musicians are unaware of the need to prevent injuries. The research with a thermal camera showed the potential spots where injuries can happen. The results obtained by thermal camera and questionnaire show that stretching the body before and after playing the instrument could descrease muscle fatigue and the possiblity of creating potential professional injuries. Stretching exercises increase the tissue blood supply which affects its regeneration, thus preventing the injuries suffered by the musician.
