Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad može se podijeliti na dvije cjeline. Prva cjelina raspravlja o mogućnostima samog instrumenta u 20. stoljeću i njegovom razvoju dok druga cjelina objašnjava moderne tehnike i njihovo korištenje u literaturi. Uz moderne tehnike objašnjava se i uloga piskova i koliko je zapravo bitan model instrumenta za izvođenje suvremene glazbe. Dodatni prilozi omogućuju bolje razumijevanje pojma modernih tehnika te što je potrebno poduzeti za izvođenje istih.

Abstract (english)

This work can be divided in two units. The first unit discusses the possibilities of the oboe and its development in 20th century whereas the second unit lists the modern techniques and explains their usage in the contemporary pieces. Besides the modern techinques, there will be paragraphs considering reeds and instruments that are better suited for this kind of music. Additional images will provide better understanding of the concept of the modern techniques and what is necessary to do to improve them.
