Abstract

Almost every musician at least once in a lifetime experiences a stage fright and at that moment because of stage fright he cannot express himself or show himself in the best manner that he knows. Alexander technique, Tai chi and Yoga, all three of them have different approaches to relaxation, but at the end all three are similar. In this dissertation I will write something about all three of them, their meaning, history and benefits. At the end there are few suggestions of exercises that may help to relax at stressful situation.
