The aim of this thesis is to analyze the management of school, amateur, and professional orchestras, with a focus on their organizational structures, financial models, production processes, and specific challenges and opportunities. The goal of the paper is to provide a deeper understanding of the key elements of management and production within different types of orchestras, offering guidelines for future managers and producers in the cultural sector.
