Abstract

Ljestvica je niz susjednih tonova poredanih po visini, uzlazno ili silazno te predstavlja temelj melodijske strukture. Kao vježba može imati veliku ulogu u razvoju sluha glazbenika, poznavanju tonova na hvataljci te biti korisno sredstvo za izgradnju raznih tehničkih, motoričkih i glazbenih elemenata sviranja na gitari i čini se neizostavnim dijelom svakodnevnog vježbanja.
Ovaj rad namjerava ukazati na tehničke i glazbene aspekte ljestvica. Detaljno će se razmatrati i osnovni položaji lijeve i desne ruke, koordinacija pokreta te korisni načini prstometiranja ljestvica. Kroz praktične vježbe i primjere iz literature nastojat će prikazati glazbene i tehničke aspekte koje bi svirači trebali imati na umu kada pristupaju ljestvicama na gitari.

Abstract (english)

A scale is a series of adjacent tones arranged in ascending or descending order, forming the foundation of melodic structure. As an exercise, it can play a significant role in the development of a musician's ear and, knowledge of the tones on the fingerboard, and it serves as a useful tool for building various technical, motoric and musical elements of playing the guitar, making it an indispensable part of daily practice.
This work aims to make the reader aware of the technical and musical aspects of scales. It will also cover in detail the basic positions of the left and right hands, coordination of movements, and useful ways of fingering. Through practical exercises and examples from literature, it will strive to demonstrate the musical and technical aspects that players should keep in mind when approaching scales on the guitar.
