Abstract

Ruke, kao ključna komponenta izvođačke vještine pijanista, u pijanističkoj su djelatnosti najopterećeniji dio tijela. Zbog intenzivnog sviranja redovito dolazi do nefizioloških opterećenja koja dovode šake, ramena i mišićno-tetivne strukture do oštećenja koja glazbenike privremeno ili trajno ometaju u njihovom radu. Glazbenici današnjice često se suočavaju s visokim stupnjem stresa, što izaziva umor, a s vremenom dovodi do bolnih stanja i bolesti. Neki od uzroka bolesti mogu biti ponavljajuće brzo i snažno izvođenje radnji koje zahtijevaju preciznost i nepravilan radni položaj. Profesionalne bolesti kod pijanista mogu se podijeliti na mišićno-koštane i na neuromišićne poremećaje. Ti su poremećaji područje djelovanja medicine rada koja se bavi poboljšanjem metoda dijagnostike i liječenja. Tako raste svjesnost o specifičnim problemima vezanim uz profesiju te se unapređuje provođenje zdravstvenog preventivnog programa.

Abstract (english)

The hands, being the most refined executive organ, are the most burdened part of the body in musical activities. Excessive playing regularly leads to non-physiological loads that result in damage to the hands, shoulder joints, and muscle-tendon structures, temporarily or permanently hindering musicians in their work. Musicians nowadays often encounter very stressful situations. This state of tension leads to fatigue that eventually turns into pain and then into illness over time. Some causes of illness can be rapid and forceful execution of actions requiring precision and poor ergonomic posture. Professional illnesses in pianists can be divided into musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. These disorders fall within the scope of occupational medicine, which deals with improving methods of diagnosis and treatment. In this way, awareness of specific problems related to the profession is raised, and the implementation of health prevention programs is improved.
