Abstract

Sastavni dio svakog glazbenika podrazumijeva i javni nastup, odnosno izvedbu pred publikom. U ovome radu ću istražiti koliko je važna mentalna priprema za javni nastup, odnosno koliko mentalnim radom možemo poboljšati postupak vježbanja i nastupanja. Bavit ću se i tremom kao pojavom kod glazbenika te istražiti koliko mentalni rad može utjecati na psihičke i fizičke simptome treme. Proučit ću i razne metode za smanjivanje treme, kako pred sam nastup, tako i one koje se mogu prakticirati u svakodnevnom vježbanju. Istražit ću i u kolikoj mjeri motivacija utječe na proces pripreme za javni nastup i na koji način se suočiti s mogućim posljedicama neuspjeha.

Abstract (english)

An integral part of any musician is public performance, that is, performing in front of an audience. In this paper, I will explore the importance of mental preparation for public performance, that is, how much mental preparation can improve the practice and performance process. In addition, I will address the phenomenon of stage fright and examine the extent to which mental work can influence the psychological and physical symptoms of stage fright. I will also examine various methods of reducing nervousness, both before the performance itself and those that can be used in daily practice. Also, I will explore the extent to which motivation affects the process of preparing for a public performance and how to deal with the possible consequences of failure.
