Abstract

Svaki pokret koji se izvodi nekontrolirano ima posljedice. Napetost, stres, grčenje mišića ili bol u različitim dijelovima tijela samo su neki od pokazatelja da se nepravilnim držanjem ograničava tijelo koje nam pruža udobnost i ugodu. Feldenkrais metoda pruža nam alate i znanja pomoću kojih možemo osvijestiti nepravilnosti tih pokreta i poboljšati ih. Pravilnim pristupom Feldenkrais metodi mogu se riješiti ili barem ublažiti posljedice nastale nepravilnim držanjem. Ova sveobuhvatna i jedinstvena metoda omogućuje nam da se bolje povežemo s tijelom i naučimo kako da ga pravilno koristimo pri sviranju instrumenta.

Abstract (english)

Every movement performed without control has consequences. Tension, stress, muscle contraction, and pain in various parts of the body are just some of the indicators that by maintaining improper body posture, we are setting limits to the body that provides us comfort and well-being. The Feldenkrais method provides us with tools and knowledge to become aware of these improper movements and improve them. By approaching the Feldenkrais method correctly, these problems can be resolved or at least alleviated. The method is comprehensive and unique, allowing us to connect with our bodies and learn how to use them correctly for playing instruments.
