Abstract

U ovom radu obradit ću temu psiho-fizičke pripreme za javni nastup te ću pokušati naglasiti važnost tog aspekta glazbenog obrazovanja. Objasnit ću što je izvođačka anksioznost i kako utječe na izvođača kod kojeg se ona javlja na fizičkoj, psihološkoj i emocionalnoj razini. Predstavit ću kognitivno bihevioralnu terapiju i postupak centriranja kao dva načina pripreme za svladavanje negativnih utjecaja nervoze i time uspješniji javni nastup. Na kraju ću se dotaknuti povezanosti izvođačke anksioznosti sa uspjehom i važnosti formiranja samopouzdanog glazbenika u suočavanju sa stresom od javnog nastupa.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, I will discuss the topic of psycho-physical preparation for public performance and I will try to emphasize the importance of this aspect in music education. I will explain what performance anxiety is and how it affects the performer who has it on a physical, psychological and emotional level. I will present cognitive behavioral therapy and the centering routine as two ways of preparation for overcoming the negative effects of nervousness and thus a more successful public performance. Finally, I will mention the connection between performance anxiety and success and the importance of forming a self-confident musician in dealing with the stress of public performance.
