Abstract

Predmet ovog rada je glazba i život Arvo Pärta, estonijskog skladatelja suvremene glazbe. Ovim radom se najprije prolazi kroz život Arvo Pärta te se osvrće na najvažnije događaje. Analiziraju se elementi određenih utjecajnih skladbi koje su doprinjele razvoju Tintinnabuli stila. Zatim se rečeni stil analizira a pojedini elementi dublje razrađuju. Na samom kraju spomenuti elementi se prenose i primjenjuju na analizu djela napisanog u Tintinnabuli stilu.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this work is the music and life of Arvo Pärt, an Estonian composer of contemporary music. This work first goes through the life of Arvo Pärt and looks back at the most important events. Elements of certain influential compositions that contributed to the development of the Tintinnabuli style are analyzed. Then the said style is analyzed and certain elements are elaborated in more depth. At the very end the mentioned elements are transferred and applied to the analysis of the work written in Tintinnabuli style.
