U ovom radu istraţuju se nastanak i obiljeţja Koncerta za violu i orkestar mađarskog skladatelja Bele Bartoka i dotiče se odlika Bartokovog načina skladanja i istraţivačkog rada koji su neporecivo utjecali na nastanak spomenutog koncerta.

This thesis consists of exploration of origin and features of Bela Bartok's Concerto for Viola and Orchestra, as well as qualities of his composing techniques and ethnomusicological works which have undeniably influneced the genesis of the
Concerto.
