Abstract

Ludwig van Beethoven(Bonn, 1770. – Beč, 1827.) bio je njemački kompozitor, izvrstan
pijanist i improvizator. U Beethovenovu cjelokupnom opusu središnje su 32 klavirske sonate,
kroz koje uzdiže skladateljske dimenzije i zvukovne mogućnosti ondašnjega klavira do
krajnjih granica. Klavirska sonata Ludwiga van Beethovena br. 23 u f molu, op. 57 poznata
kao Appassionata, napisana je 1804.-6., a objavljena u veljači 1807. s posvetom grofu Franzu
von Brunsviku. Naslov Appassionata, koji se ne... More pojavljuje u autografu, prvi put se pojavio
tek nakon Beethovenove smrti, u klavirskom izdanju 1838. kojeg je izmislio izdavač Cranz iz
Hamburga, i od tada se uvijek koristi. Smatra se najvažnijom Beethovenovom sonatom do
tada napisanom, na neki način vrhuncem Beethovenovog klavirskog virtuoziteta te će od
izvođača tražiti spretnost, tehničku pripremljenost i iznimnu tonsku kontrolu. Sonata se sastoji
od tri stavka: Allegro assai, Andante con moto i Allegro ma non troppo. Brzi stavci su u fmolu, a za polagani je, odabrao donju dursku medijantu, Des-dur. Djelo održava tragičnu
svečanost kroz sve stavke. Oba allegra su u sonatnoj formi, ali se po prvi put ne javljaju
znakovi ponavljanja iza ekspozicije. Tema drugog stavka od 16 taktova razvija se i proširuje

Abstract (english)

Ludwig van Beethoven (Bonn, 1770 - Vienna, 1827) was a German composer, executive
pianist and improviser. In Beethoven's entire oeuvre, 32 piano sonatas are central, through
which the compositional dimensions and sound possibilities of the piano at that time were
created to the extreme. Piano Sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven no. 23 in F minor, Op. 57
known as Appassionata, was written 1804-6, published in February 1807 with a dedication to
Count Franz von Brunswick. The title... More Appassionata, which does not appear in the autograph,
was first published only after Beethoven's death, in a piano edition in 1838 invented by the
publisher Cranz of Hamburg, and has always been used ever since. It is considered the most
important of Beethoven's sonatas written so far, in a way the culmination of Beethoven's
piano virtuosity, and requires great technical preparation from the pianist. The sonata consists
of three movements: Allegro assai, Andante con moto and Allegro ma non troppo. The fast
movements are in f minor, and for the slow one he chose the lower major median, D flat
major. The work holds a tragic ceremony through all the movements. Both allegros are in
sonata form, but for the first time there are no signs of repetition after the expositions. The
theme of the second 16-bar movement develops and expands over 3 variations. The finle
