Abstract

Pitanje posture glazbenika često je zanemareno i nedovoljno promišljeno. Svaki glazbenik može znatno profitirati analizirajući posturu i kretnje koje svakodnevno izvodi prilikom sviranja instrumenta. Važno je razumjeti kako zauzeti dobru posturu iz koje se s lakoćom mogu izvoditi svi željeni pokreti koristeći mišiće sukladno njihovoj namjeni i načinu funkcioniranja. Optimizacijom posture i pokreta povećava se učinkovitost sviranja te preveniraju razne ozljede.

Abstract (english)

The posture of a musician is often neglected and insufficiently thought through. Every musician can profit significantly learning about posture and movements that he performs on a daily basis in playing an instrument. It is important to understand how to achieve a good posture from which all the movements can be done using the right muscles according to their purpose and way of functioning. Optimisation of the posture and movements will increase efficiency of the playing and prevent injuries.
