Abstract

Svaki profesor klavira mora imati određena znanja, sposobnosti i vještine kako bi mogao kvalitetno poučavati. Drugim riječima, treba imati određene kompetencije koje će mu pomoći u planiranju i izvođenju nastave, ali i u ostvarivanju odnosa s učenicima, njihovim roditeljima i suradnicima. Razvijajući svoje kompetencije, profesor razvija i sposobnost samoprocjene i samovrednovanja te se na taj način razvija i u osobnom i u profesionalnom smislu. Nadalje, profesor se treba znati prilagoditi svakom učeniku i prilagoditi planiranje i izvođenje nastave s obzirom na potrebe učenika. Također, profesor mora biti vrsni poznavatelj područja u kojem se specijalizirao. Sukladno navedenomu, može se zaključiti da svaki profesor klavira mora imati razvijene pedagoške, didaktičke i metodičke kompetencije.

Abstract (english)

Every piano professor must have specific knowledge, abilities and skills to be able to teach properly. In other words, he or she should have certain competencies that will help him or her in planning and carrying out the teaching process, but also in establishing relationships with students, their parents, and colleagues. By developing his or her competencies, the professor acquires the ability of self-assessment and self-evaluation and in that way grows as an individual and as a professional. Furthermore, the professor needs to know how to adapt to each student’s needs and how to adapt the planning and carrying out the teaching process with regards to the needs of the student. Likewise, he or she has to be an expert in the area in which he or she specializes. According to the above, it can be concluded that every piano professor has to have developed pedagogical, didactic and methodical competencies.
