Abstract

Odabirom ove teme htjela bih temeljito prikupiti te iznijeti činjenice potrebne za shvaćanje i sprječavanje određenih bolesti mišića i tetiva koje pogađaju pijaniste. Smatram kako je za to potrebno ne samo navesti uzrok bolesti, već poznavati simptome, važna medicinska istraživanja i statistike te korisne vježbe kojima bi se bolest spriječila. Kao pijanistici, važno je istražiti i učiti o bolestima koje nam se mogu dogoditi ako smo nepažljivi prilikom sviranja ili se ne ugrijemo dovoljno prije samog početka vježbanja. Gledano iz pedagoškog aspekta, ove su spoznaje vrlo važne za prenošenje znanja na učenike. Kroz rad se planiram osvrnuti na mišićno-koštane ozljede: sindrom prenaprezanja, tendinitis, tenosinovitis, teniski lakat, De Quervainova bolest te sindrom bolnih leđa.

Abstract (english)

Main reason for writing about this theme is to collect and state all necessary facts which every musician needs for understanding and preventing certain muscle and tendon diseases which affect pianists. Throughout this work I will bring up main cause and first symptoms of diseases, main medical surveys and statistics as also useful warm up, stretch exercises. As for a pianist, it is important to research and know about diseases which can happen to any of us because of reckless playing or just because we haven't warm up before playing. On the other hand, looking at this work from pedagogy aspect, knowing all contents of this work is very important to pass it on younger students. In this work I plan to mention musculoskeletal diseases: overuse syndrom (RSI), tendinitis, tenosynovitis, tennis elbow, De Quervain syndrome and back pain syndrome.
