Abstract

U ovome radu prikazana je analiza Koncerta za Klavir i orkestar u G-duru Mauricea Ravela. Radi boljeg uvida u samo djelo, ukratko je prikazana autorova biografija, uz popis značajnijih djela, te različiti glazbeni, izvanglazbeni i kulturološki utjecaji na njegov glazbeni jezik i stil. Detaljna teoretska analiza navedenog djela promatra se na trima razinama: tematskoj, harmonijskoj te formalnoj. Tematska se analiza bavi razradom figura, motiva i tema, harmonijska daje uvid u ljestvične strukture i akordičke sklopove, dok formalna analiza obuhvaća oblik djela. Usputno se daje osvrt i na orkestraciju, a svako poglavlje sadrži primjere i pripadajuću tablicu kojoj je cilj objediniti sve analizirane elemente. U prilogu se nalazi partitura u kojoj je naknadno naznačen broj taktova.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents an analysis of Piano Concerto in G major by Maurice Ravel. For a better insight into the work itself, the résumé of the author's biography with the list of important works and various musical, non-musical and cultural influences on his musical language and style are presented. Detailed theoretical analysis of the work is observed at three levels: thematic, harmonic and formal. The thematic analysis deals with the elaboration of figures, motifs and themes, the harmonic gives an insight into scales and chords, whereas the formal covers the form of the piece. Overview of the orchestration is also included along with examples and corresponding tables given in each chapter to unite all the analyzed elements. In the attachment, there is also a score in which numbers of bars are indicated.
