Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu, uz definiciju i opis treme, istraženi su njeni fiziološki, psihički i sociološki uzroci i manifestacije. Također, opisane su kognitivno-bihevioralne i alternativne metode suzbijanja i kontrole treme, te vježbe čiji je cilj suzbiti tremu i olakšati nastup pred publikom.
